This book, however, is an attempt to understand the prevalent conditions of a typical village of Chhattisgarh and try and offer a solution for the people to have a quality life. The future generations need to be sensitized towards rural India and how it can contribute to the country's sustainable development. As an architectural institution, our attempt to experiment with the help of students on understanding the village life and the village were successful, and by identifying the issues and solutions to the same are testimony to this experiment.
