Description

"Marine Fishes of Arctic Canada (Coad and Reist 2018) is a guide to marine fishes found in Arctic Canadian waters and includes a point-distribution map for each species. The maps were developed from a supporting database which contains approximately 80,500 records. This report presents the maps orginally published in Marine Fishes of Arctic Canada (Coad and Reist 2018) in a larger size than those in the book and lists the sources for the records of fishes in the supporting database. Maps for three species (Lycodes mcallisteri, Paraliparis garmani, and Triglops murrayi) have been corrected in this report and maps for five species (Anarhichas lupus, Anarhichas minor, Chauliodus sloani, Gaidropsarus argentatus, and Stomias boa) have been updated. The database will eventually be made available online and may be updated with new records as resources permit"--Abstract, p. xxii.
