She outlines many of the strategies which she found useful in overcoming countless times of despair and struggle. She shows, in hopes of helping others who may find themselves in similar situations and even those not yet in these types of circumstances, exactly how to prevent and stay out of such destructive and often dangerous situations. She is positive, upbeat and loves encouraging others and making them smile or laugh and lift their burdens. She is quick to admit her own sins and shortcomings, and prefers to look inward in an effort to self examine rather than judge others, believing that we're all on our spiritual journeys to "carry our crosses" and grow to the point where we can say as Christ did, "not my will but Thine be done."
