Eventually this story leads to reconciliation with the father. He finally understands the depth of her love and how meat is tasteless without salt. After reading that tale, my children and I began creatively sharing the different ways we love each other. This book is a collection of some of our LOVE NOTES. I hope this simple tradition brings other families as much joy as it brings ours.
