Independence CVA-62 was the ship they sent him to setting in the dry dock on he east coast, Norfolk, Virginia was it homeport, Portsmouth where it sits across the Elizabeth River when Bobby became a member of it, meeting a family of friends recognizing the ethnicity each of them were born in every weekends nights there would be racial fights, some people lost their lives, others got kick out of the Navy because of this racial situation, this poetic booklet consist over forty one poems each is about the existence of human beings and the life style they chose to live
