Because they are submissive, they have difficulty saying no and will go along with things they dislike to make others happy. They make an effort to do their best on jobs because it terrifies them doing things wrong. They can be found blaming themselves if a mistake is made even if it is someone else's fault. Even though a phlegmatic is considered submissive and indecisive they are also considered as exceptionally trustworthy. If they make a promise they do all within their power to keep it. Having others to make decision for them is the way of the phlegmatic unless they are pressured into making a decision themselves. This
