Jack Ellis, private investigator and Vietnam vet, is returning to Nam. The official quest in One More Tour is to solve the mystery of a soldier missing during the Vietnam War, but Jack can't help but get caught up in the search for other answers. Jack is still haunted by the ghosts of past combat and the question of why he survived when so many died. He discovers other vets have ghosts too. Some of the ghosts are still alive today and threaten Jack. The combat is not all in the past as Jack encounters adventures in his search for Captain David Louis Lawrence, a fellow Green Beret, who disappeared while on a secret mission on the Cambodian border in 1970. The exploits take Jack around the US, into the Mexican drug wars, and finally back in Vietnam where the search forces Jack to face who he was then and who he is now.
