This book is based on a collection of our favorite translations and interpretations written by scholars and students from the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Some verses are based on scholarly work by A. Yusef Ali, Imam W. Deen Mohammed, Muhammad Asad, M. M. Pickthall, and others-including translators found at IslamAwakened.com. Other verses are based on new translations and interpretations submitted by devoted students of the Quran. And still other verses are a combination of both historical and contemporary translations.
