Attachment to pleasure or aversion to pain both destroy the equilibrium of inner nature. Further, my reflections lead that Gita advice by which true happiness and freedom can be attained. A worldly person is influenced by extreme vibrations of activity, thus entangled in matter. Yoga practicing person reverses his consciousness into inner activity of cosmic vibrations and becomes One with God. Gita, in order to keep Maya sustained, demands that a system of law of evolution and dissolution ('Prakarta-sristi-pralaya'), consisting of 108 years is followed in the world.
