The remainder of the class consists of guided homework completion at the discretion of the instructor via student groups, individual, or preferably "board work." Board work consists of each student performing the same homework problem at the same time in a manner that all can see, for example, in a room surrounded with dry erase boards on the walls. Access to the online video lectures may be obtained by request to the author through either of his YouTube channels "sciencewithbobert" or preferably "chemistrywithdrsmith." "sciencewithbobert" is a YouTube channel that serves to introduce today's science in a fun and interactive way through "do-at-home" activities, original video, and original animations of scientific concepts. Full length playlist videos have table of contents, introduction, review and even a quiz at the end. In this channel all animations and video prepared by Dr. Charles A. Smith Professor of Chemistry at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. The channel "chemistrywithdrsmith" contains past daily classroom podcasts and vodcasts of Dr. Smith's chemistry courses at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX before he initiated a flipped format of instruction. Also included are some video shorts of how to solve chemistry problems organized by exam and course. Access to Dr Smith's flipped instruction videos may be obtained through the chemistrywithdrsmith channel or upon request through this channel.
