The argument here is that elements of health and wellbeing that are often regarded as negative additions (such as stress, anxiety and difficult conversations) are useful, even crucial, to our sustaining creativity. The book focuses on how we might take ownership of the next phase of workplace evolution, post-pandemic. The author adopts a questioning manner, intended to encourage a reflective stance.
