The People's Sheriff is a comprehensive analysis of the arduous nine-month campaign to be elected Sheriff. From his announcement on President's Day 2015, dozens of community events, candidate forums, and door-to-door campaigning, Bob Mosier demonstrated why he had the right experiences, passion, temperament, and vision to be the 60th Sheriff of Fauquier County. He was elected on November 3, 2015. As a volunteer coordinator for the campaign, the author had unfettered access to the candidate who ran a virtually flawless campaign It is story worth telling and a compelling read for those interested in county government and local law enforcement.
