When Antonio Russo's wife was dying of breast cancer, he went to an agency looking to hire a live-in nanny for their twin girls. Antonio's wife Harlow, passed away after a year of battling cancer. He became lost, not himself and didn't think he could live his life without her. It bothered him that she was out on a date with him, and made sure to stay up until she got home. After spending a lot of time with the nanny, his feelings for her grew stronger. With her being on a date with Ethan made him think about things. Later that night sparks flew between them and ended up having a full night of heated passion.
