The cold and ruthless UN Secretary-General Rene Boujeau and his Under-Secretary General Gerhardt Schoen already knew of the Clan, but now realize who Mac is. For more than thirty years, they'd secretly hand-selected military dictators to rule third-world nations across the near East and Africa, selling their natural resources on the Black Market to buy military weaponry.
