ABOUT THE AUTHOR Daniel grew up in Zimbabwe where he attended both primary and secondary education after which he took up various temporary teaching jobs ending at a community secondary school in Harare.In 1978, he was awarded a scholarship by the African American Institute to study for a Bachelor's Arts Degree at the University of Sierra Leone.He graduated from that University in 1982 and worked in the Human Resources Management field for more than twelve years after which he was appointed Director of Human Resources by an international oil company based in Harare. There he assumed responsibility for the Human Resources function in five countries in Southern Africa.
