C.J. Cassidy is a writer, poet and actor. He has written many screenplays, books and poems but none with any commercial success. His acting career was off to a flying halt. About ten years ago he interviewed a couple for a biography of their lives. That book was published as "A Tortured Soul - The Unauthorized Biography of Nicholas Anderson." The story introduced a femme fatale by the name of Jennifer X. Jones, who was reviled as being a cold conniving bitch. Further research into her life showed that she was more victim than villain. Those interviews called for a rebuttal biography to explain her involvement in their lives. The result was "The Confessions of Jennifer X." Both novels were met with rave reviews and now have a very devoted cult following. Some readers have even found the strength to free themselves from their own abusive relationships. The novels have found their way into the hands and hearts of a very diverse audience. The following novel is based on actual events, as told to the writer, by the persons involved. However, all the names, dates, places and locations have been altered or changed to protect the privacy and anonymity of all the parties involved... especially Katherine. Although this biography is the culmination of years of several interviews and private discussions, the writer has invoked using his poetic license in some of the story's transitions in certain chapters. Even with extensive interviews and research, there were some facts that were not easily obtained or verifiable. We tried to create a viable explanation to cover and bridge those gaps and make the story flow more smoothly. For the sake of brevity, some characters were merged into one person so as to eliminate any redundancy. This biography is the combined edited works of my previous novels. The purpose was to give the first time reader of my work and my loyal fan base a chance to see the story from all persons involved in one novel. As I wrote and re-edited this, I found myself constantly crying at my keyboard, sometimes for hours at a time. I understood and felt their heartache but I felt renewed and convicted by their ultimate triumph. The catharsis of writing the first two books helped me heal from my own wounds, and gave me the strength to publish my own memoirs. My fourth novel, 'Living La Vida Puta' was written by Jennifer's friend Lady Latex. She wanted to tell her story in her own words and at Jennifer's insistence, I helped edit her notes; some of which were written on cocktail napkins. I just hope that by reading this novel, your demons can be exorcised as well. These are our stories... in our own words... as told by author C.J. Cassidy. Edited to be 'vanilla' for my more sensitive readers. The novel still contains adult themes and situations that may be unsuitable for some readers.
