The Goal of this book is to emphasize the importance of healthy living combined with self-confidence and a team oriented mentality by instilling these simple concepts: Have a Positive Attitude, Be Healthy and PT, Motivate Yourself, Respect Everyone, Set Goals, Have Integrity, Find a Mentor, and Have Fun.
