If the company wanted employees to have personal lives, then it would have issued personal lives. Through the use of mental torture, you can achieve both physical and mental disturbances in employees, yet, you're not liable for physical torture. If you've ever worked for an idiot, then this book will hopefully provide some insight into the making of an idiot manager and in the process provide some laughter.
