The adventures of four teddy bear brothers with bean filled butts. This book uses real photos and our real cotton filled kids. We started rescuing the boys one by one. We say rescuing because we came up with different stories about where each boy lived before we got them. The first was Beanie. He started out as a birthday gift for Diana. His little black eyes and crooked ears gave him his own personality. So much so that we started making up stories about adventures he would have. We decided he needed a brother to play with, so we rescued Teenie. Next came T.P. which is short for toothpick. Then later on we found Max at a resale shop and he asked if he could move in with us. Finally Teenie came home with Puppy following behind him. He said he "found" him while out playing. We later learned one of the neighbors had a litter and gave one to Teenie.Over the years Diana and I continued to make up stories about different adventures the boys would have. Now we want to share them with you. With constant video movies, TV shows and YouTube available to our kids, as well as ourselves, we rarely need to use our imaginations for entertainment. We hope you enjoy these books, but what we really hope for is that you rescue your own cotton filled kids and make up stories with your human kids about their lives. Help spark ideas and feed your kids imagination as well as your own.
