In the post-apocalyptic world of 2466, religion in any form does not exist. A lone man sets forth on a biblical quest, which is unprecedented in its array and scope. While doing research to build a time machine, Doctor Caleb Bronson, a Theoretical Physicist finds a few tantalizing clues about religion. These clues are enough for him to make a trip to the twenty-first century to find out more. In the year 2010, he meets a librarian named Pam Brown. She is exceedingly familiar, not only with the Doctors technology, but also knows the Bible by heart, the book that does not exist in Doctor Bronson's time. Pam joins the Doctor in his mission to discover God, and spread the word when it doesn't exist. In The Book of Caleb, author E. W. Jones reveals how Doctor Bronson battles to resurrect religion, by changing what has happened, and what will happen in the future. The past and the future, can they be changed, or will man be condemned to a world without God.
