When we understand what the differences are we will find more easily the motivation and enthusiasm to change in a way which until now has been relatively unclear. It's an exciting read with exciting tasks but it is the experience of recreating ourselves and the challenges it brings along with the unfolding of an immense range if deeper and more frequent positive emotions that can bring to us a new and unfolding depth to life itself, here and now.
