Part 6 discusses formal procedures in & out of court with regard to children in care & their families. Part 7 evaluates the co-ordination of services between departments & agencies. Part 8 assesses family support & prevention services. The final section proposed directions for the future and summarizes major themes from the Review. Recommendations for reform are provided throughout.
