How many petitions which you have to submit in any case? You can ask this question world wise, and you will come to know the intensity of wrong things happened in this case. Hardly three to six copies depending on the number of opponents. Anyway, I submitted 24 copies of petition (originally signed) to President of India before I get reply. And 15 copies of petition (Originally signed) to Ministry of Law and Justice and then six copies of petition to Director of Public administration. Means nearly 45 copies of same petition and no justice. I am doing this "SANGHARSHA for Justice", otherwise think about a normal person. And this is also one of the reason that Presidential machinery wrong in many instances and many wrong things not corrected. And if someone raised voice, then unity for wrong doing took place instead of correcting wrong things. This case is a real example. Giving wrong justice without going through facts and figure should be made a punishable crime. Now a days this become habit. If habit gets regular, then whole judiciary will become useless. And this will lead to CANCER type of situation in future.Wrong justice must be corrected. If not then, at least forward petition to International Court of Justice for justice. But denying same thing, makes a situation worst in India. This situation must be controlled in India. These are the days of global pandemic and how such situation controlled? Lockdown etc. If justice not maintained in India, then situation can become pandemic. So must be controlled. Terrorists does not have justice mechanism. And if such wrong justice becomes usual habit then time will come when India can become terrorists' country in the world.Readers of this book will get a glimpse of beautiful petition which cannot be defended by the President of India and his machinery from last one year's approximately. But justice must be signed. There must be some mechanism for example if opponents does not turn in court of law repeatedly, then judge used to sign on justice. Then why President of India and his machinery denies such step? Why they do not want to make justice within India? Why India does not went for Natural Justice in this case? These are nothing but one type of offences. Anyway I am putting my petition in the form of book so that many persons can go through it and if there is my mistake at any point, they can pinpoint on that.JAI HIND
