Description

This is a story of fantasy, adventure, revenge, love and more. It is also a story of creatures many have been taught to fear and dread. You may come to see them in a different light provided you read with an open mind. Some myths may be shattered while others are created. It is primarily the story of two women and the journey they make in finding their true identities. Their journeys eventually become linked and they travel on together. Let us begin with a brief introduction of the two people you will join as they travel towards each other.Cynthia was born and grew up in California before moving to Louisiana. In her early years, she had what might be called a normal life that was both sheltered and protected. It did include experiencing loss. However, it still could be deemed more normal than not, at least by many of today's standards. Sure, she had experienced some of what it means to come of age. However, she had not been exposed to all of what that means. That starts to change with a brief episode that occurs just out of grammar school. It continues in high school when she at last goes on a date and comes in contact with an older male who seems intent on being her mentor in some not clearly defined fashion and with a girl willing to lead her forward. The man is named Seth. The girl is named Beth. Seth both awakens inner feelings and leaves her confused. Turning eighteen is a major point of change. Meeting Beth in high school and attending college with her brings more and eventually results in a crises point, as well as a physical move from the town were she grew up.and into contact with the woman she may well share the most intimate life adventures with in the future. What will happen when Cynthia at last comes to a full realization of who and what she is? What will happen when Cyn is joined with Evyl? For her part, Evylin's life has had similarities to Cynthia's and yet is different. She began her journey into what might be called the dark side when in her mid twenties and embraces it to the fullest. Born in the Midwest, like Cynthia, she came from a loving family. For her, there were no incidents of loss or crises. That changes when she starts college a little later than most and meets her roommate. The college encounter results in a break in the bond with her parents and sets Evylin on a path she never would have expected before that encounter. That path is dedicated to making men pay for their treatment of women. Her way of doing so could be called violent. It certainly is life altering for those she comes in contact with. The encounters experienced by both are not by chance. Someone has been leading them closer together. Once they do meet, the lives of both become much more and different than either thought possible before and lead on toward a future neither of them had envisioned.
