As Tony digs deeper around the Syracuse area, he finds a clue that points him south to North Carolina. With the help of two new friends and a pretty but tough police Captain in Charlotte, he starts to make some headway on a mystery that seems to make no sense. And to make things just a bit more difficult, Tony wrestles with strong emotions after finding out that his wife might have wanted out of their relationship, and knowing that it's now too late for him to do anything about it.This is the first in a new private eye detective series about a guy who needs a change in his life.
