This journal was created for all those who want and or need to lose weight. I designed it to help you overcome and be successful in your endeavor. I created this journal after losing 175 pounds in a 14-month period. I based it on those things that helped me succeed during my weight-loss journey. It is structured it to give you encouragement and to keep you on track. You will find inside a 52 week planner to keep track of your daily meals, calories, proteins, carbs, fats & sugar intake. You have goal setting sections to formulate your plan and strategies, sections that help you keep track of and assess what is working and what is not. There are areas for you to journal about your week. Every month you assess your progress, write down your feelings about your progress, state your new goals, and create a grocery list for the new period. Also at the beginning of each month you will find Affirmation Images specifically created by me. I recommend that you repeat them daily to help provide you with a positive and winning mindset to keep your eyes on the prize. Your Success. Use this Journal to explore the relationship you have with food, write about any issues that may occur that have you reaching for food as a coping mechanism as well as any insights you may have or may discover about those things that need to change within you in order to transform you and your life. There is something very powerful in Journaling, getting it all out on paper. It is a place where you can just spew it all out and it doesn't harm anyone 1st and foremost you. It allows you to look objectively at what you have just written. It lets you process your feelings, actions, and emotions be it from a person, place, thing, or situation that triggers you in some way be it good or bad. Journaling is also a good way to document progress, allowing you to get the bigger picture. It is an effective tool, a road map. You can reflect back see where you have been so that you can then look forwards and see where you want to go. It allows you forward thinking. It is a tool that allows you to dream, create, and motivate... But more than that it is a tool to propel you forwards. You will find this Journal a very comprehensive helpful tool.
