He has made hundreds of promises and then promised to keep His promises. So let's talk about His promises for a moment. God's promises are all supernatural. They are good and great things, even remarkably wondrous things that you can have by His power, which you cannot have by your own power. Sound interesting? It does to me. I realize then, that I can either walk through life trying to succeed and enjoy my life based on my own limited potential and abilities, or I can hook into His supernatural ability and live within His means. . Foundational, of course, would be to know what belongs to me. What has He actually promised, or even inferred, that I can have. Faith is a major factor in living within God's means, and Faith is always based on knowing what belongs to us. Paul said, Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Pretty simple, really. Knowing the truth is foundational to having faith in truth, and having faith in truth is foundational to enjoying the benefits of that truth. Believing is foundational to receiving. Knowing is foundational to believing.
