Community law in force on direct taxes (Parent-Subsidiary Directive, Merger Directive, Interest and Royalties Directive, Transfer Pricing Arbitration Convention, Savings Interest Directive); 5. Administrative Assistance between the Member States in the assessment and the recovery of tax claims.
