Doesn't seem so long ago 2010 when a relationship with a KISS impersonator ended, and shook Patti's world, when only a few short days later I received a fan letter on Facebookfrom a photographer seeking to take ONE photo of his female rock idol, Patti Rothberg. That photographer of course was Richard Carroll, and that one photo turned into a massive one day photo shoot in trendy Brooklyn where the grafitti artists did their art as they posed. One great thing about the digital age is that they were able to see the incredible results immediately. They asked each other what they wanted to do with all these great photos!? And decided to turn it into the ultimate Patti ROthberg fan book! It featured a lyric discography, decades of paintings, the photo shoot plus other photoshoots from past tours and baby pictures. It was decidedly awesome. But not just Awesome...it was Extra Awesome! Extra Awesome came out May 4, 2015 (Patti's birthday) and was loved by many, some who enjoyed her book signing/ performances. There was Extra to go around, and Patti still had the writing bug. She decided since there were MORE albums not listed yet in Extra Awesome 1 plus plenty more paintings and stories that Extra Awesome should become a series, and Extra Awesome 2 was born. "The Tell Alll Book" is written like a tabloid with juicy stories and gossip but unlike a supermarket rag, the stories are all TRUE (except of course the creative writing stories which are entirely made up. Stay tuned for Extra Awesome 3, an all painting book we call "Seeing Stars" since the paintings are all of celebrities!!!
