The print is hinged at the top, allowing the viewer to examine both the verbal and visual description of the piece. The result is a truly original artists' book which deals with the "reading" of photographs and the subjectivity of language and vision. Four American Photographs is limited to 500 copies, each numbered and signed by the artist and containing one randomly-selected print.
