Webster's dictionary defines it as a scientific term and social explanation, but not as a physics term. Unfortunately, if it has not been proven, why give it a scientific definition? The company obviously believes it, as there is no actual proof. Believing is obviously okay for social situations and religions, but is it morally right to teach a belief as a proven fact when there are no facts to support it? To me, that doesn't seem fair to the development of a young mind. Trust me, they can handle more truth than we give them credit for. Plus, a child that learns falsities will not respect the teacher as they grow to know the truth. They have a whole life to learn the wrong thing and only 18 years to learn something good and our school system doesn't seem to do that well enough. A fish narrates the simple connection of humans and fish while explaining the truth of a falsity that most have blindly accepted since its 1911 roll out as a production company's logo. This book is meant to inspire young minds to think bigger or, more in depth, than their age. Don't worry, they can handle it. Would it be great if your child grew to change not only your community, state, nation, but possibly the world? Of course! To do so, we must give them the proper information based on their age of intellect. Will you give your child that chance? Now you have that opportunity. If I was a fish inspired by my two beautiful daughters and their silly toddler grammar will empower your child to always try their best. With this book and your help, there's nothing these young people can't do.
