IF ONLY TRUTH MATTERED IN FAMILY LAW A DOCUMENTARY OF UNPRECEDENTED CORRUPTION IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM OF FAMILY LAW "The justice system is, unfortunately, often not a friend of the family or the truth." For what crime can a person be accused, judged, convicted, and sentenced without trial or chance to speak the truth? ANSWER: CHILD ABUSE In what court is "perjury" permitted? ANSWER: "PERJURY" IS RARELY CONSIDERED IN DOMESTIC RELATIONS AND CUSTODY CASES. The answer to the question above was written in a book describing how to succeed in your divorce case. One email ad for the book states that revenge in your domestic relations case can be achieved through using children, finances, and assets. Another ad states that what is being made available are the “dirtiest divorce tactics known.” And what is the dirtiest tactic? It is a three letter word, LIE. LIE to judges, lawyers, and the police. LIE to the custody master and custody evaluator. LIE to doctors and workers in Children's Services. LIE to family and friends. And second, have them LIE for you. The point here is to show how these “dirty tactics” were used and to present a means to fight these injustices in our family law system. I have written a legislative proposal and given it to state legislators in the state of Pennsylvania. The ideas presented are based on the experience of my wife and I, our daughter, and my grandsons.
