In 1924 Logue took his family to London, where he cured the Duke of York, the future King George VI, of debilitating speech difficulties.This book precedes the release in Australia of the movie The King's Speech. Co-starring Geoffrey Rush and Colin Firth in the roles of Lionel Logue and King George VI, and the book by the same name.
