The title, Looking Backward, Forward is taken in part from a 19th century book (Looking Backward 1887 - 2000 ) that has influenced cultural and political ideas in America for several decades. It offered no methods, whereby the claims of a Utopian socialist society could be realized yet has resulted in a culture change stimulated by American school system politics. As a result, our schools have never offered what parents want from educators or what America's founders intended for this country. Instead today's students often become active or covert hangers-on to a variety of group-think social causes. These fractured fairy-tale myths and a Prussian influenced teaching processes keep them from developing their own identity. LBF is a warning to parents shining a light upon and revealing truths about left-wing deceptions. It lets parents know what to expect when guiding their children toward maturity, responsibility and success in a world changing faster than we are often able to grasp.
