He did not think he was above the law; he was the law and therefore he harassed witnesses, turned everything into a lie, and did not think perjury had any due consequence. He purported to be a brilliant senior counsel but did not stop there; he aspired to ultimately be the trial Judge. This book focuses on the reader, as if they were present in the court watching and absorbing the trial in real time. Once you reach the end of each chapter, you will have no clue as to what transpires next, a veritable page-turner. Unless you knew that this book is non-fiction, you would have a very difficult time believing its contents.
