Managing Shyness approaches the issues related to shyness in a unique manner. Our experiences lead us to believe that shyness varies greatly among its victims, and that overcoming it rarely if ever occurs completely. Our book focuses on the major issues and the reader can choose which ones are the most important issues for them.
