This record book has been designed to register the Lecture Work for new members of Masonic Lodges, who are progressing through the Three Degrees of Freemasonry. In this book you can record information for over 2000 individual lectures taken. Degree dates are always recorded and forwarded to the Grand Lodge, whoever Lecture Work is not. Many men come to the Lodge one evening to receive their First Degree, and often somewhere in the process, fail to complete it. Later, even many years later, the come back to the Lodge, only to find no one remembers them or their Lecture Work was not entered into the Minutes of the Lodge. This book allows the Lodge Secretary to record all Lecture Work for future reference, or it can be used by Lecture Instructors to record their work in the Quarries with new members. It contains entry information for the date the lecture was taken, name of the member giving the lecture, type of lecture given, the name of the Lecture Instructor, and who the lecture was given before (some jurisdictions allow the member to give their lecture before a committee).
