Between encounters with locals and students from a major Midwestern university RJ has seen many incidents he classifies as Monkey Factor 5. This first edition is consists solely of RJ's personal experiences as a police officer. Many of the tales in this edition come from the first few years RJ worked on patrol. RJ takes you along as he goes on his first foot pursuit, to tracking down an arrestee who escaped out the back window his squad car, and into the living room of a local curmudgeon who takes advise a bit too literally. This volume contains 21 different stories that will leave you in disbelief of what our public servants see everyday.
