On 20 August 2008 Travis Wayne Goodsell was arrested as a Terrorist Threat. Due to the corruption of the Justice System, Travis served 7 months in the Salt Lake County Jail without sentencing, without a conviction of guilt, without a trial, without even a preliminary hearing to even know what the charges were. On top of that Travis' time in jail was mostly spent in "Super Max", a lock-down facility for the most violent and dangerous of offenders. The inappropriate question to ask is what did Travis do to deserve his condition; as if the actions of the State could be justified. Travis simply wrote a document to the government redressing grievances trying to get back his kidnapped children since 16 April 1997. There were no threats, especially no terrorist threats, just statements of fact where the government failed to help one of its own citizens from foreigners. The Constitution of the United States is supposed to protect its citizens by allowing them to redress grievances with freedom of speech, but instead of helping Travis the Former Utah Attorney General attempted to silence Travis by locking him away for life without a trial and nearly succeeded. Travis is a visionary by nature; and though he prophesied his treatment by all involved, got revelations within jail that were to be the seeds of his eventual freedom. This journal documents Travis' experiences, his torture and inhumane treatment as an innocent man. This is part of the My Faith Proceeded the Miracles series, and when taken on the whole demonstrates the power of God to rescue his faithful, who put their fate and confidence in his saving power for justice. For it is out of darkness that comes the light.
