The 2nd Annual Gayarre Conference was held March 14, 2014 at Louisiana State University-Shreveport. It was sponsored by the Gayarre History Club of C.E. Byrd High Schools. Secondary students in Caddo Parish Schools were asked to submit proposals on the 2014 theme: Revolutons. Proposals were judged by a group of students and teachers. Twenty-six proposals were selected to be presented at the conference, including students from C.E. Byrd High School and Caddo Parish Magnet High School. The papers written by those students are collected here as the Conference Proceedings.
