Weatherman has chosen to locate Shaman, a Navajo and former Ranger living in Arizona, another of the five succession states. However, when they arrive, they find the Arizona militia is already hunting Shaman for his refusal to join them and has taken to the mountains. With his skill and knowledge of the area Shaman will be difficult to locate. Weatherman's team must find him before the army drags him away and forces him into service but even if they do will Shaman see them as friend or foe? With the two teams battling for survival and militias from four states actively hunting them, Money makes an important discovery that answers many questions. Now he must survive long enough to get that vital information back to Weatherman.
