About a year has passed since Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code was approved by the Indian Parliament. Some of the cases have passed through the High Court and Supreme Court of India. Now a time has come to understand how the act has progressed through judicial review while being legally implemented. This book does just that. SInce the subject matter is dynamic, all effort will be made to update this book from time to time by the author. As of now 11 cases in the higher judiciary have been discussed in this book.
