Robin and The Giant are best friends. They live in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City and attend third grade together. Even though they are best friends they have opposite personalities. For example, Robin is a smart eater. The Giant would eat hot dogs all the time if he could. Robin loves the finer things in life like fancy hotels. The Giant prefers camping outdoors in a tent. And Robin gets around town with her personal chauffer, Kenneth. The Giant just walks. Still, despite these difference, they are truly best friends. In "The Kite Tail Wish" Robin and The Giant try out an old myth that claims if you write your wish on the tail of a kite and fly that kite up to the clouds, your wish will come true. So Robin writes her wish which is for a dog. After a series of mishaps and curious circumstances, a squirrel causes the dog walker for a local pet adoption agency, named Dolly the dog walker, to lose the dog named Mocky Grable when she pulls on her leash to chase a squirrel. Mocky Grable eventually finds Robin and The Giant flying their kite and it is love at first sight for Robin and Mocky Grable. But Robin knows Mocky Grable is not her dog and so she and the Giant begin looking for the proper owner. When they find Dolly it becomes clear to Dolly that Mocky Grable and Robin belong together.
