On the flipside, the true winners in this lifetime are those who have been able to shed their wool, stand upright with their staff, and lead the herd, which requires confidence, and this confidence can only develop in individuals with skyscraper levels of self-esteem. They typically possess massive amounts of self-belief in their ability to influence and lead others. This is the baseline mindset of a Shepherd. Some are born with the shepherd traits and hone it via the environment they have grown up in. Others, merely adopt it after a long series of self-deprecating life experiences. These former sheep are now equals with other shepherds. They have transitioned from betas to alphas and forced their own luck to come their way. They are the Shorn. It will be your guide on your path to shedding all sheep-like traits (self-pity, self-doubt, irrational fear), and replacing them with that of the Shepherd's, which radiates leadership and confidence.
