Nyree was thriving as the best female Sentry assigned to the Skin Walker teams. Placed on special assignment, she is flattered to be chosen to train the Keepers, mysterious males who carry Soul Sentries, Spirit Animals who the Keepers emit from their bodies as discrete entities. When she is paired with him though, the hunger he'd been holding at a slow simmer boils over. Taken captive, their captors abuse Nyree to get action from Rohm, and he'll do whatever it takes to keep Nyree from harm. Even if it means gifting her part of his very soul.
