This is just a tool on your spiritual journey and hopefully you continue to research what works best for you, seek out counsel, connect with your Creator, and continue the never-ending journey to being Spiritually Fly. As you complete this workbook, I want you to stand up to your fears. I want you to dig deep and figure out who you really are and what you really want. This workbook is a copy of my notes on chakras and is in no way an exhaustive list of information. It is a starting point for you to arrange, make corrections, add and remove items and build your own personal tools that help you remain Spiritually Fly.
