They are inviting the exiles to finally embrace the worship of the fallen angel D'Vekus. Major Adon Trace, security officer to the delegation, is reunited with his exiled brother Adam. He is to play a key role in the Genesis Plan of rebirth for the Children of Yatay on a new world. But something goes terribly wrong; instead of Adam's vision of a genetically pure and advanced race inhabiting the new world, a more horrifying and outlawed race of humanoids will emerge. This shocking new future has Adam questioning God's purpose.
