For the Catholics the Apocalpyse means to reveal, So Revelation and Apocalypse are the same book in the Bible. The reason it is feared as a book is because of the bad things that will happen to the human race. I will explain parts of it, the book starts after the cross event, then a 2000 year tribulation, then the Second Coming. After the Second Coming where 1/3 of the human race is killed in a Passover (not a nuclear war) by the Angels from the Euphrates, will be a 1000 years of peace. The goats (1/3 of the human race)at the Second Coming will be "Taken" escorted to hell and only sheep will remain for the 1000 years. There is no rapture as the Catholics believe.The Catholic Church has it right when they say the 1000 years is a long time- it is Christ years or actually about 40 billion years where the human race will go out and conquer this expanding universe. After the 1000 years the universe will start to implode just as Einstein predicted and the Bible confirms. At the Center of an imploding universe is a core of smashed galaxies and fiery stars. This is the Lake of fire noted in the Bible. The Bible confirms the fact that the universe is going to collapse- implode. After the 1000 years, Satan who had been thrown into the Bottomless Pit with his demons (at the Second Coming 2015-2018+/-) will be released. Also all the goats in comfortable hell will also be released to enter the universe as children born to Christian mothers. They will decay Christ's perfect 1000 year kingdom, thus the "falling away" noted in Thessalonians. Then WWIII will be fought when the angels of Satan fight Christ. The AntiChrist is an angel noted in Isaiah 54:16- the Beast 666, and he will enter the body of killed king and come back to life in three days. People saw the miracle and they worshipped the new Jesus. That is when Revelation chpt 13 starts. The Apocalype book is divided into two time zones, Chpt 1-12 is the first time zone of 2000 years+/-, the second time zone is 70 billion years. WWIII is fought in the second time zone chpt 13-20 Revelation. Jesus scrambled Revelation and put chpt 10,11 in the first time zone (the two witnesses are not in the right time zone). This is to confuse Satan for Isaiah chpt 22 warned us about the "Valley of visions" and its burden. Jesus is going to return in 2015-2018+/-( there is no rapture or WWIII in the first time zone). So the first time zone is ending around a generation after the fig tree Israel was born. That is the 70 years generation. 2018 is the end of the 70 year generation. After the Second Coming is the 1000 years, then after in 40 billion years+/- WWIII will be fought in blueshift, for the Lake of fire is the core of the collapsing universe. The Lake of fire coexisted with the false prophet to be thrown into it. So WWIII, false prophet and the Lake of fire coexisted. The Lake of fire existing is proof WWIII is in 40 Billion years+/- for the universe is in blueshift. After WWIII the universe will implode completely , then Judgment day, then a new universe, new heaven, new earth will be created for the human race. The nations will be given billions of new universes and we will continue on in the stream of time. Jesus will lead the Church in the wilderness of time forever and ever. When Jesus returns, (2015-2018+/-) you as Christians should help Jesus by (1) going to Church (2) bury the dead, the "Taken" (3) go back to work. This will help Jesus to govern the earth with His Angels. Catholics are like Mother Teresa.
