The Armour of God, something that all Christians are aware of but what is it? How do we put it on? What is it for? I am hoping that this 7 session group bible study will help you explore this wonderful passage from Ephesians and equip you to stand as a man or woman of God and to play your part in making His kingdom come.A little bit about myself, initially, I worked as a youth worker doing the normal stuff of outreach, schools work, church youth groups and celebrations. In this capacity I also worked at Spring Harvest, Soul Survivor and New Wine doing detached youth work mainly.For the past 20 years I have been faithfully pastoring a wonderful church. Apparently size is important, so I always tell people my church is shy of 1,000 people..... it's about 900 people shy but they don't need to know that! I guess I'm not a proper minister because I do not have 4 kids, a dog and a Volvo.So why "bible study for the rest of us?" As well as my lack of kids, a dog and a posh car, I also lack a degree, I am not from a Christian family and I'm not that much of a reader. But I do love the Lord and I love His word. I get a great deal of joy when I can explain something to someone in a way that they get it - actually get it - get it in a way that it makes a difference. If you're a scholar, you'll probably struggle with my style; if you're not, you might just get it. I hope you do.I am writing this and other study books because I have strong sense on my life that God has called me to "feed His sheep", and that's what I am trying to do.
