When a mysterious sport arrives in the goldrush town of Durango and lays claim to one of the richest strikes there, he faces opposition from all sides, including the girl daredevil Captain Crack-Shot and the evil speculator John Metcalf, who quickly plunge the town into a bloody civil war.
